hello..
l m 20 and have a strange sharp pelvic pain or pressure..the pain is in lower right abdomen area..i have this pain for last four months...my doctor said it is UTI..and just drink plenty of water..but nothing helped..the pain sometimes become too much intense..it sometimes go away and sometimes come back..what can it be?please help me..i am so worried

Appendicitis or PID (pelvic inflammatory disease), go see G l or OB/GYN asap.

Hi,
This kind of intense pelvic pain usually occurs when you are ovulating. l get it too. l really do not want to speculate as l am not a doctor and l do not want to scare you more than you probably are. But if it is happening all the time with no relief something is definitely not right and you need to see your obgyn. It is not appendicitis, it would've ruptured by now if it was.
Make an appt asap with an OBGYN, not a regular doc.
