ok l am absolutely ok with being late with everything (periods, breasts, and other stuff) but im wondering why l am. l am 13 and am nearly flat, and havent gotten my period yet (which l am very happy about, blood coming out of me freaks me out). but the thing is, my sister (who is 9) has bigger boobs than me, my mom was an early bloomer, so were my blood related aunts and grandma. so why am l late? lol l think its kinda creepy!

It just happens at different times is all.

l did not get my period until l was 13 (which l was also happy about, l had not even been thinking about it at all until the day l got it). Do not be scared to get ur period though, u should not be freaked out about it, it is a natural thing (although it is a pain).

Most of the other people l went to school with developed much earlier than l did. The funny thing was, l was taller than everyone in elementary school, then 5th grade l was shorter than everyone until high school, & now l am tall again. In all my old pictures l can see it & it was so weird.

You will develop quickly enough. A co-worker was telling me how her granddaughter got her period when she was 8 or 9. That is just crazy!

Everyone is different! l did not get any of that stuff till l was 12, it is ok.

Just be patient and do not worry about it.

my little sister is almost 17 and her cup size is an ALMOST 'a', while im almost 19 and im a 40DD. theres no telling how genetics will play out and who you will take after. you may be a late bloomer taking after your dads side of the family. theres no way to tell. but seriously, do not even worry about not getting you period or getting boobs yet lol, l still wish l didnt have either! when it happens it happens, so just be patient. good luck! =]
