l seriuosly hate them.
im a slim 32E and only 14 so their still growing.
what can l do to reduce them?
its seriously lowering my self esteem

My friend had a breast reduction when we were younger. l think she had to wait until she was 16 though for them to do the procedure. In the meantime you could try to wear shirts and clothes that draw attention away from your chest.

The only way to make them smaller is to wait until they stop growing and have a surgical breast reduction.

l am exactly the same, l hated my breasts, l was the same size when l was ur age. l am now 19 & they've hardly changed. When u get older u will learn to like them, but if they become uncomfortable then l suggest a surgical breast reduction when you've stopped growing & seriously considered whether u want smaller breasts with scars or put up with what you've got. If male attention is what u like then leave them as they are. I've become so much more confident as a person just because my breasts r big.
You never know, u might grow to like them in a few years

l felt the same at your age, but l find having l guy who appreciates them and you for what you are helps a lot =)
In the mean time, a well fitting bra helps, try a sports one or somet-they tend to be quite good for ''flattening'' if that is what you want.
l really secretly wanted a reduction at one point, but now l would not get rid of 'em for the world!

i'm 15, and i'm a 32GG
i really want mine reduced too, l do like them, but it lowers my self esteem when l can not get pretty tops to fit me etc: /

32 E is not that big! Be proud, you're turning into a woman!

l find that if l l am wearing the right bra and top l can make them look pretty good, somewhat like an accessory!
Learn to love them!
