okay theres this drug called cytogator trimenacine. It is supposed to make you shit all your weight out. it is either that or just stop eating. what ever works for you

l worked as an athletic training student aid in high school and saw this work for many wrestlers. If they were trying to change their weight class for wrestling, they would not swallow their spit and they would watch their water intake. They would drink enough to stay hydrated, but not anymore. You can lose 5 pounds of water weight and that is how they did it.

You can try to loose 5lbs of water weight but realistically no you can not loose 5lbs of fat in 4 days.

Starve, water pill, excess cardio exercise. Those probably will guarantee it, though it is really not easy to do since u need the food & the water to workout.

SO my best advice is to eat very little. Try a fast that allows u to eat veggies, applesauce or fruit smoothies once a day. DON'T eat after 6pm. DO drink a lot of water & nothing else. Excess cardio is a must especially because of the water weight u will hold onto. NO SALT. If it does not seem to be working try the water pill on the third day. If anything u will be peeing out any excess water weight.

This wo not be permanent, but it is possible to do. l have done it when l am sick & lacking an appetite.

Now, the biggest thing to think about is that if u r doing this to fit into something, ur belly actually may seem a bit bigger, so eat real early that morning to relieve all the gas building up in ur belly.

you can loose all you want in 4 days if you go for a 20 mile walk every day.
