the last 2 days l have been feeling like l just wanna collapse on the couch and say there. my head has been hurting and l have been feeling very crummy and lazy? any ideas?

sounds like pms to me. i've been like that too. do not want to get up in the morning and just want to sleep on the couch all day.

have you had any stomach cramps or do your breasts feel sore?

it could be your period but it is possible that is something else.

that is how l always feel before my period, if it lasts for more than a couple of days you may want to call your doctor.
