ok i'm 15 and l have a cyst in my breast.Sometimes in burns,mostly during my period.i've had it for about a year. What causes them, and is it normal??

are you sure it is a cyst?was it diagnosed? have you talked to a doctor?. many people have lumpy breasts and it is very common for your breast to get sore during your period.. you are very young to get something like breast cancer but if it is more that just uncomfortable you need to talk to your dr. or at the very least talk to your mom or a female mentor

Cysts in breasts are common in women while they HAVE their periods. After the period ends the cysts should go away. If this cyst has been there for an entire year l do not think it will go away. But you should not worry if it is not getting any bigger or more painful in any way.

But l do suggest you see your doctor, or better yet a gynecologist, to have it looked at just in case.
