I am almost a week late now, and l took 2 at home pregnancy tests and another at the hospital today. All 3 said negative. I've been having random cramping in my lower abdomen, some is more excessive than others. My belly feels a little firmer than usual, which l noticed today when l had my legs against my chest. I've JUST started to get my normal PMS symptoms, but still have not started. l was under a LOT of stress last week but that is never affected my period. I am nervous that it could be something serious. Anyone know what is going on?

sometimes stress causes you to miss periods.

it is the mysteries of the female body. some times we're late for no reason.
are you constipated? that could explain the cramps.
If these symptoms last another week I'd make a doctor appt.

l am in the same boat. l am so frustrated! Anyway, l am thinking maybe l did not ovulate this month or something? No clue. l hope you find out what is going on though!
