Alright so at the time of the lovely monthly sonofab*tch gift, l noticed that stomach which usually is non exsisting happens to show up. l hate it! Anything l can do to stop it?

It is normal to get bloated during your period. You are producing more hormones at that time which in turn will make you retain water and get a bit of a belly.

It is just once a month for a few days so do not worry about it.

No there is nothing to do. It is called bloating. You can try to take midol that is suposed to help with bloating. Good luck

oh it sounds odd, but if you drink MORE water it actually helps!

Because whilst your body retains water it only retains it to flush away the.. stuff.. so if you drink more it helps to flush it away with no need for your body to retain extra water.

It is normal, but you might try cutting down on your salt intake about five days before your period.

Most of us get that.
l always feel like a water balloon.

There really is not much to stop it that I've heard of.
I've heard that you should eat less salt. And that is about it.

l absolutely hate that feeling. l feel icky.
And on top of that, once a month l become like a monster. l am a slave to my hormones.
l think l should get the pill to regulate my mood because l become like a psycho b*tch when l get my period.
