l keep exercising, l mean alot. Im a little chubby, not overweight or anything, but l want thin thighs. my thighs are pretty big and when l work out (walk, run, cycling) they get even bigger and more muscular. l hate it! l just want them to get thinnerrr. help!!!!

If you're a little chubby, and it is contributing to your thighs, then try eating better, try a vegetarian diet maybe. When l went vegetarian l lost about 30 pounds with no effort, l am a good weight now. And do not worry if you have strong legs, that is a good thing! Skinny itty bitty legs are gross and unattractive, do not go for the anorexic look. Girls with toned thighs are the ones that are attractive.

As long as your healthy, l wouldnt want you to worry about having thin thighs. It sounds like your a fit young lady, try not to put yourself under pressure to be societies ideal women. Just be yourself, and be happy.

Try this exercise.lay on a flat surface, on your side, legs straight and lift your one leg straight up and then back down.like scissors .do this to your left leg and right leg ..first thing in morning and last thing at night and as well dont eat anything after 6pm and drink plenty of water during the day.and u will notice a difference in a month of doing these exercises everyday.

you should go to the doctor and ask for help or you could just get surgery

l have the same problem. The weight seems to go from elsewhere. Like my boobs and l do not want them smaller. The muscle in your leg is large and is hard work getting them the way you want. Stick to cardio work, Less weights if you do them on your legs. Oh and too much carbohydrates is not good for thighs, Especially things like chips, crisps etc. Eat carbs before work out for an energy boost. Try using the rowing machine if you have access to one.

Ok every exercise that u described is going to make ur legs bigger as in gaining muscle. If u want to lose muscle u risk poor health because in order to lose muscle u have to be malnourished & trust me you're gonna get sick & u will get thin alright. You may just be prone to gain muscle easily like l am. To tell u the truth l absolutely LOVE it, my thighs & rear r huge.well not huge huge like a whale but they're bigger than average sized thighs & that just so happens to be my ''thing''. As long as u use ur legs they're going to maintain their size even if u cut back on working out. It sounds to me like that is just ur body type.

its just the way your body is, l have thick legs and thighs also and l could never get rid of it, but really you should be proud of your curves just keep excersizing and stay healthy ;)
