l am 14 years old just turned 14 in september and so far all year l have been only 5 '5 but l started working out [streching ,abs and cardio]and l am now 5'6 .my mom is 5 ft 3 inches and my dad is about 6'1 .When l was about 8-11 l grew very fast.and l have always been a full person as in not fat not skinny l am from mexico and l really wanna know how tall will l grow to be l am also a female.i started working out 6 days a week but my diet isnt so good but l eat everything homemade and full grains so l think its a good diet.also my stress level l think is bad l do stress alot.thank you so much 10 point question

you could continue growing or stop growing, no one knows.

You see, growing is a complicated thing. Some girls have a more easy to tell, growth, while some are unpredictable. First of all, l am unsure if you have had you're period. When you start your period, you grow for up to 15 months more, and then you are finished. You seem in the middle of mom and dad, so l bet you are almost finished. Again you may not be through puberty, or have even started.
