there are no changes and it certainly doesnt have to hurt. make sure you are totally relaxed with the one you have chosen and if you are too dry down below from being to nervous then dont be shy by using some kind of lubricant (making sure its safe to use with condoms) if you are completely dry downstairs then it can cause your vaginal region tear depending on how rough you and your partner are being

well, there is a risk of urinary tract infections, sexually transmitted diseases (such as HIV & Herpes), & of course the big one, pregnancy/child birth..that one lasts at least 18 years (then hopefully they move away to college & take all of their crap). It can hurt the first time. There r no physical changes that can be seen by outside observers (other than pregnancy or sexually transmitted diseases). Of course there is also a feeling of closeness that eminates from being intimate with another person. l have to say that that is the biggest change after having sex for the first time.
