l am 23 and the past few days l can barley hold my eyes open past 4pm. l go to bed around 12am and l get up at the same time everyday around 9:00 to 9:30 am. l have been so tired that l had 10 min at the most before dinner and l could not stay awake for the life of me. l have been so tired for the past 3 weeks and this is just getting to be really strange. l will feel fine in the morning but as soon as 3-4 comes around l am so sleepy that its not safe for me to even drive. l am not prego because l just started my period. What is wrong with me? l have always felt lethargic for several years now but not to the point that l feel that l cannot function.

First thought: You should see ur doctor. This could be anything ranging from a hormonal imbalance to a problem with ur thyroid to some kind of sleep disorder.

So, make an appointment to see ur doctor.

Until u can get in to see him/her, get plenty of sleep. Maybe try switching up ur bedtime a little, going to bed earlier than 12 a.m. & getting up at ur usual time.

Drink plenty of water & make sure you're getting plenty of fresh veggies & fruits throughout the day.

Also, u may want to keep a log of ur daily symptoms so that u can share those with ur doctor. Keep an entry for every day, log what u eat & drink, what activities you're doing, & how u feel when you're doing them, & log the times that u get unbearably tired. This may help u & ur doc figure out what is going on.
