So l got home today and looked at my clock and it said 9:00pm and l take my pill at 9pm so l went ahead and took it. Silly me, l had not set that clock backwards so it was only 8pm. Is it going to be a problem that l took my pill 1 hour early? This is the first and only time I've been off schedule. Thanks in advance.

this is probably actually a good thing because its going to be the correct 24 hours between pills. l took mine an hour earlier tonight due to the time change also. but its still 24 hours between pills so im guessing this is correct?

That does not matter. l have taken my pill within the same 3 hour time period for the past 10 years and have not got pregnant. Keep it as accurate as possible, but it does not need to be down the second.

You're just fine. You have a two-hour window on either side of your usual time when taking the pill will be equally as effective.
