As part of one of my pms symptims about a week before my period, l often suddenly get the urge to have masses drinks of water, anyone else get this?

yer the same happens to me l went to my gp n he sed tht its just couse u get a bit more stressed n emotional u feel the urge to drink a lot more than u used to, hope l helped
